With just under a month to go until the 179th instalment of the world’s most famous sailing regatta, Aberdeen Asset Management and Sunsail are pleased to announce the creation of the inaugural Finance Challenge during Aberdeen Asset Management Cowes Week 2014.
As part of the challenge, all financial services companies which are due to compete in the Sunsail First 40 class on Tuesday 5th August will automatically be entered into the 20 boat strong competition which will run as a competition within the competition.
The Aberdeen Asset Management Finance Challenge Trophy will be presented to the winning crew during a drinks reception in the Cowes Yacht Haven Events Centre after racing.
Commenting on the announcement, Jill Maxwell, Sponsorship Manager at Aberdeen Asset Management said: “We’re really pleased to announce details of the first Aberdeen Asset Management Finance Challenge at this year’s regatta which we are sure will prove really popular.”
