These Terms of Use refer to the following additional terms, which also apply to your use of the Site: our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy; our Terms & Conditions of Sale (which apply when you buy entries, tickets, hospitality or merchandise); our Photography & Filming Policy; and, for competitors, the Notice of Race and Sailing Instructions, which govern participation in the regatta.
We may revise these Terms of Use and the content of the Site at any time. Please check this page from time to time; the version in force is the one published here when you use the Site.
The Site is made available free of charge. We do not guarantee that the Site, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted, and we may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or any part of it for business or operational reasons. You are responsible for making the arrangements necessary to access the Site and for ensuring that anyone accessing it through your connection is aware of these terms.

Race information, results, timings and event details may change; the definitive documents for competitors are the Notice of Race, Sailing Instructions and official results. Nothing on the Site is intended to be, or should be relied on as, professional advice.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from reliance on its content, including any loss that was not foreseeable, any business loss, or any loss or corruption of data. We are not responsible for loss caused by viruses or harmful material that may infect your equipment as a result of using the Site; you should use your own virus protection. These Terms of Use, their subject matter and formation are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
