The online process for Cowes Week is very simple but it will help you (and save you time!) if you read these instructions carefully.

For your initial entry, you will need to complete all question that are marked with a red asterisk (*). The information you will need is listed below, so do make sure you have this available before you start.

Other information - for example, you boat's CV, berthing details, crew details and shoreside accommodation - can be completed later. Once your entry has been accepted, you will be able to return to the entry process and add or update these details at any time before the regatta.

The essential information you need now for your initial entry is as follows:

Section 1 Boat Details	Boat name and sail number Class you are entering and which days you are racing Overall length (for black group handicap boats)
Section 2 Entrant Details	Your contact details Emergency contact details during the event (you can update this later)
Section 3 Background	Skipper's name (you can update this later) Details of any advertising your boat will carry
Section 4 Payment Details	Credit or debit card number and expiry date (you can also pay by cheque) Whether class numerals are required
Section 5 Declaration	No information required but must be read

The entire entry process is handled by our secure server to ensure that all of your details are completely confidential when transmitted over the internet. When you click on the link below to start, a new secure window will open (note the padlock at the bottom of the window) into which you will enter all of your information. The current window (the one that you are looking at now) will remain so that you can return to view the Notice of Regatta and other information as necessary while you are making your entry.
